When is comes to selling real estate in the Yampa Valley, Joan Hart’s approach is truly from the heart.

“Helping people establish a sense of home is one of the best feelings in this business,” she said. “Really, the look on the faces of my clients when they move into their new home….well, it’s priceless and it’s what I love about my job.”

Joan moved to Steamboat Springs after visiting the community for more than 20 years. An avid skier, traveler, SCUBA diver and backpacker, she couldn’t think of a better place to settle down.

“When you visit Steamboat, you definitely get the bug to stay,” she said. “The small town atmosphere is wonderful. After living in Denver for many years, I wanted to experience a sense of community that a small town offers.”

Joan has a degree in marketing and business management from the University of St. Thomas. She’s perfected her craft of sales and marketing through Coldwell Banker real estate and has been working in marketing and sales for more than 10 years.

Joan knows the pressures of buying and selling real estate and is certain she can make this sometimes stressful event seem effortless.
